Moonlight Dwelling

Slayers, Vampires, Witches, Fairies, Demons, Winchesters Oh My!

Part 2

Back at the house Clem and Dawn were watching TV. Clem went into the kitchen to grab a bowl to pour Cheetos in.

"Want some Cheetos?"

"Thanks."

"So what did you bring?"

"Doctor Who and Dark Shadows."

"I have no clue so pick Clem."

Clem put in the Dark Shadows DVD. Dawn grabbed a handful of Cheetos and started munching. It was odd to watch something that was in black and white but Dawn liked it even though it was cheesy.

"Uh Dawn could I ask you something?"

"Sure Clem ask away."

"You're really close to Tara and Willow right?"

"Yes. Why are you asking?

"They're both powerful witches right especially Willow?"

"Yeah but Willow isn't doing magic anymore. Why are you asking about witches Clem?"

"I want to find a spell so I need a witch to cast it."

Dawn wondered why Clem would need a spell. He was a demon but a very sweet one. She had no idea what kind of demon but she  never bothered to ask since it never really seemed to matter.

"I could ask Tara the next time I see her."

Dawn missed having Tara around. She hoped that she would get back together with Willow since it just wasn't the same without her around.

"Thanks Dawn."

"If you don't mind my asking but what kind of spell are you looking for?"

Clem looked at Dawn afraid that she might laugh at him but decided to tell her anyway since it would come out at some point.

"I want a spell to make me look hot."

Dawn just looked at Clem unable to say a word.

"I'd like to find my Vicky."

"Your who?"

"Haven't you been watching this DVD?"

Dawn who had just put a Cheeto in her mouth chewed while she tried to think of something to say.

"The girl that went back in time?"

"Yes that's her. I've always thought it was romantic how Barnabus finally found his true love after centuries of waiting for her."

"Clem are you the only demon that looks like you?"

"Yeah there was a war a while back and I'm the only survivor. I've never been much of a fighter so I ran off."

Dawn felt bad for Clem being alone for who knows how long. She was determined to help her friend out.
